Any knife we don't have in stock we'd be happy to order and stock to fit your needs.

We will contact you after your order to discuss the needs of your kitchen.

On delivery day we will bring the freshly sharpened knives of your choosing to your establishment and collect the old knives to be taken for sharpening. We always strive to cause minimal disruption to your flow of business and as such will collect knives that are dirty or currently in use and replace them with clean and sharp ones directly to your chefs workstation.

Within San Diego county we service as far north as Miramar road, as far south as the 54, and as far east as the 125.

Any orders placed outside this area will need to have a distance charge

Damaged knife policy: Small chips, dings, scratches, etc that can be repaired will be repaired as part of your normal service. Broken, bent, lost, or heavily damaged knives must be replaced by the customer at cost.
